SHIPPING INFORMATION
By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
Shipping Time:
Please note that we cannot control processing delays at customs or additional delivery time to locations in the rest of the world.
International Customs Fees
All customs fees, taxes, and any other additional costs associated with your overseas purchase are your responsibility. These are not included in the order cost or shipping fee.
We suggest you contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges that are levied during the shipping of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If a customer refuses an order due to customs fees, the package will be held and then abandoned if these fees are not paid at this time. We are not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is packaged and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your order.
Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email with a receipt notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vanillyshop.com.

All delivery times are estimated and subject to the courier being able to make the delivery. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.
Due to the influence of COVID-19 and the policy restrictions of various countries, there will be a large delay in all express deliveries, and logistics cannot guarantee the time limit completely.
